HELP! Taskbar shrinking.

After pulling 24-hours straight working on my Cupid's Aero skin, suddenly the taskbar height has shrunk to about what looks like 16 pixels instead of the 30 that they actually are. I had this same problem with with my Mardi Gras skin during upgrades I was making to it, only fortunately with that one, I had made a copy of it before it started messing up. What would cause this? What can I do to fix it. I've tried starting over with clean skin and reimporting the images (which have not changed actual size at all) and it STILL ends up coming out with a skinny taskbar. Any thoughts on how I can fix this?

Taskbar is going to shrink and grow in accordance with the text (content) margins for all taskbar related sections... taskbuttons, quick launch, tray etc should all be the same.. vertical margins.

4 and 4 top and bottom is a good default.

W00t! That fixed it. Thank you SO much, John. I was so disappointed, thinking I had totally wasted my day off (skipping meals, brushing off my family, rather obsessed), building this thing, feeling so pleased with myself about how it looked in SKS6, only to have it turn ugly when I applied. it.
