Desktop Window Manager not working.

Hi new here,

Just tried to download and install an Animated Wallpaper and im getting this error when attempting to run it;

And it shows that my DWM.exe is running as follows;

I do hope i can find a solution for this, as i really want the Animated Wallpapers etc.
I have been searching for a few days without any success of a fix to my problem, So any help is much appreciated.
