[Fixed] Full weapons not being used on Starbases that are upgraded

After playing for about 50 minutes i have a Vasari Starbase that has the weapons and armor fully upgraded. Then a pirate fleet came to that planet and my starbase was only using the pulse cannons to attack It wasnt firing disintigrators or phase missiles even though it was fully upgraded. The same thing happened to another of my starbases on the other side of the map. 

Has anyone else heard of this problem?

I had this after loading a save game, and I fixed it by building another starbase and upgrading it. This somehow caused all of the old starbases to magically start working. Maybe you could try this, and I agree this is definitely a bug.

What do you mean fixed? You fixed the game or you just found a "quick fix"?

As of beta 2, this bug is NOT fixed. It happend countless times for me with the Vassari starbases. Sometimes only 1 weapon of the 3 would fire (fully upgraded weapons of course), and other times none of the weapons would fire at all. Sometimes none of the weapons would fire yet some ships would get damaged, but only a fraction of the damage that they do recieve when it does work.

I played against the Vasari and when I attacked the fully upgraded base blasted a deep hole in my fleet I had to retreat and come back with many more ships. sweeeet :)
