[bugs] List 'o' Tiny Stuff

These are bugs noted in-game in version live at time of posting. Some are not visible to the naked eye at normal game speed.

- Rook's Hammer Slam shakes the ground a tenth of a second (or less) before the hammer hits the ground

- Queen of Thorn's Ground Spikes occasionally miss small creep in close proximity (not aoe?)

- Catapultsaurs missiles slow down noticeably once they come within a certain close range of small demigods (edit: this happens to arrows as well)

- Unclean Beast's Melee attacks land before he moves, 90% of the attack animation (which is totally awesome) is after the damage is done.

- Rook's normal Melee attacks are not directly connected to the shockwave the hit produces

- Rook's tower of light on his left shoulder fires from the left of the shoulder instead of from the orb roof (just looks weird)

- Queen of Thorn's Ranged attacks produce a large and ugly root/thorn sinking into the ground. The missile continues to sink in a straight path below the gameplay map, and is therefore visible when looking from the side of the map ( http://img175.imageshack.us/img175/4021/91402029eg7.jpg )

- Sedna can sometimes stand and attack small creep for a long time (4-5 hits) without doing any damage. This happens too often to be a result of bad luck when it comes to misses. (edit: I think you cannot miss creeps anyway, but I could be wrong)

Also noting at this stage in beta, that I can modify without consequence game UI files that can give me an advantage in-game, for example moving the camera when the game is paused.

Also, when Rook performs his hammer slam, the bottom of his torso is briefly visible from the side. It is like two polygons of gray, does not look good at all.
