Impulse won't open?
I've downloaded Impulse 3 times now to try and update SOASE. Each time I try to open it, I get an error message stating that Impulse failed to open and to report the problem. What's the deal here?

No idea - report it to Stardock support and see what they say...
Hmmm seems like impulse problem. One thing I can suggest is open your Windows Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete), then go to processes and find Impulse.Exe. End Process and hit yes. Then try to open impulse again. The process might be there even though the appilcation is not running, this can sometimes cause problems trying to open Impulse.
There are a number of reasons this could happen. Sometimes it is related to the .NET installation. Run Windows Update and make sure you have any available .NET components installed. If you still have trouble, send an email to [email protected] and we can look deeper into the issue.
