A major issue for my multiplayer matches

OK i am trying to play a game online useing ICO. However i have had a constent problem. the game pauses for about a min then i get a message that i have dropped from ironclad.

This is killing my gameing with this game. Unless we can either send save files to keep going or get the autosave feature to save once every 5 mins then i cant pay online.

Some stats:

Windows vista ultimate 64bit (up-to-date)

4gb ram

NVidea geforece 8600 GTS

real tek on board sound

since i cant find any offical e-mail or suppor site for this game i am hopeing this place can help.

I've had the same thing for 3 days now...

I guess the server is just down again.
