Rant and rave - Amazing, I'm a fan now

mad foaming praise for Stardock's Unequalled Customer Service

Just wanted to share an incredibly positive experience with everyone here about Stardock Customer Service and Support:

Bought Space Rangers 2: RotD from TryMedia with a coupon, linked off the publisher's website.  I didn't know that Stardock had any other game aside from GalCiv, or hey, I'd have purchased it here, from previous experience with GalCiv.  Played Space Rangers 2 for 11 days, enjoyed it enough to hunt for a sequel/expansions/patches.  Discovered that Stardock offered the Space Rangers 2: Reboot, purchased, downloaded via this Impulse, and installed over the existing TryMedia Space Rangers 2 RotD installation.

Hmm... not working, so sent email off to TryMedia.  No response.  Well, lets try sending email to Stardock.  Oh hey!  Stardock has a Technical Support PHONE NUMBER!  Called, got them on second try, they added the Stardock version of RotD to my Impulse account right off the bat without any hassles, no money down - amazing...  Less than an hour after I tried contacting Stardock Technical Suppot I'm installing the original Space Rangers 2 and the expansion Reboot over top, and I have a really good feeling that they'll work together just fine.  Still no response from TryMedia.

Kudos to you, Stardock, you're the first place I will look now when I have a "Buy another game" itch to scratch.  You deserve my gaming dollars.
