Sins missing from Impulse

I purchased Sins of a solar empire through this website when it was first released and have been playing it now and again ever since, I had to reinstall my PC last week and thus I lost everything. Today I decided to redownload Sins and install it. I downloaded impluse and logged in fine but Sins of a Solar Empire is missing from the "My Games" section, as far as Impluse is concerned it's like I never purchased it. What can I do?

If you view your registrations, does it show up? Did you log in with the same e-mail account you used when you purchased it? The serial gets attached to your email account, so you need to use the same one to log in.

If neither of those are it, you'll have to contact [email protected] to see what happened with your account. If you still have your order summary email from back then, pulling off the order number or whatever would probably help speed it up.

No it does not show on the list when I view my registrations. I have the PayPal reciept, so I guess I will have to contact them.
