stuck to windows classic

I have a huge problem....

 

Whenever I try to revert back to windows xp default theme it goes to windows classic...

I tried to change it through desktop properties in the appearance tab but it does not show an image of my theme...

I am currently uninstalling and updating to WB6.3

 

Can anyone please help me...

WindowBlinds config > Visual Styles > scroll left to "Windows XP Style" > apply

if not working try this.......

Start Menu > Run > services.msc > double click "Themes" > set "Startup Type:" to Automatic > click OK > reboot
