can someone create a mod which alows you to to make

 a "halo ring" or a star wars "death star" near a planit or in uninhabitable area like a plama storm or astroid belt  

can create moons around the planit and increase the orbit

make new kinds of planits like a super planets and dwarf planits or even some wird purple planit

create a two star solarsystems

for the planets look at solar sins/seven deadly sins/distant planets, and any mods that merge solar sins.
