Do phase inhibitors stack?

Also, how long does a phase jump normally take (is it the same for all ships?

and: how long does a phase inhibitor tack onto the normal time to jump?

 

Stacking inhibitors would make leaving a particular world like slogging thru peanut butter...heh.

No, they don't stack.

Normally, seven seconds.  PJI adds a 700% modifier.

The only advantages of multiple PJI's is to cover larger area, or to make the enemy destroy them all before they can jump at normal speeds (good for heavily defended chokepoint planets).
