Program Download Problems

When I click on the link I was sent to download from my purchase of DeskScapes, I have a link to install Impulse. I do this and then I still have no link to download DeskScape. I'm in a circle from hell. Any ideas what this dumb blonde is doing wrong?

in impulse, once the programs has loaded, logged in and validated your registrations, click on the desktop tab. Deskscapes should be there as available to download, If not you may have to add the registration manually. in the email you got containing the link to download impulse is there also a serial number for deskscapes?, if so in impulse click edit registrations and then follow the prompts to add a reg manually, hopefully this will make deskscape available, if not drop an email to [email protected] explaining the situation and they should be able to help you out. Yes, it looks like Impulse knows who I am, but is not giving me the download link. All I am seeing is things I can purchase. I have my registration and will contact support. thanks a lot!

In Impulse, click the Blue Stardock Orb (top left) and select 'Register a product'. In the next screen click 'Add Registration' (bottom of window) and fill in the email and Serial number. Select 'Desktop' for 'Product Category' and 'DeskScapes' for 'Product'.

DeskScapes should then be available in the 'My Desktop' tab.

I added a free item to my cart and lo and behold, there was my download, so I'm all set. Thanks again for all your help!!
