help cant get onto ironclad online

i bought the game about a week ago and and been playing offline but i been trying to register i got it on the website but when i try to create account in game i got the cd code and everything i type it in (with the - and without/ and with lower case and non lower case)..... ive tried everything after i hit accept it says network error unable to connect then it says disconnected from ironclad online if anyone can help me out cant create a account to get online with it and would very much like to do so please and thanks

Have you tried contacting [email protected]? I ask only because if there are network problems or problems with your key/account/etc. they would be the most likely to be able to help.

Do you have any firewall software running? While the regular Windows Firewall doesn't block connections from your computer, other software (like ZoneAlarm and probably software from Norton or others) can. In that case it could block your connection.

Just some thoughts, it's been so long since I registered Sins that I don't even remember the process you're going through so sorry I don't have anything more useful to add
