Registration not valid?

I purchased ObjectDesktop. When I try to install DeskScapes, Impulse keeps telling me that my registration for this product is not valid. What am I doing wrong?

Did you have the trial version installed before?

Did you purchase ObjectDesktop Ultimate or just ObjectDesktop?

I didn't have the trial version installed.

I purchased ObjectDesktop standard version, but that shouldn't make a difference as DeskScapes is included in the standard version as well, right?

OD standard does include Deskscapes.

What is the exact error that you get when you try to register (please copy and paste the text).

Are all the other components registering correctly?

When I try to install DeskScapes I get the following message:

"Your registration for this product is not valid. Would you like to edit your registrations now? YES/NO"

I checked the serial which is entered correctly. All other components work fine.

Try uninstalling Impulse, reboot your PC, then re-install. Sometimes it can get stuck like this. If this doesn't help, please enter a support ticket at [email protected]

I'e also run into a situation where a "space" was at either end of the registration # and caused the same message.
