bought entrenchment, cant get it back, help

In late december I purchased Entrenchment and installed it no problems, game played without issue. Yesterday I did a fresh OS install, and once I had sins installed and updated, impulse seems to have no record of my purchase of Entrenchment now, and I have tried all the recommended things like manually trying to register it and nothing works, and I dont really know where to find the serial Im supposed to use for it either.

I tried using the item code, the invoice # and the transaction ID, none of them worked, and the e-mail confirmation i have is all i have, and those are the only numbers on it. Anyone know what I can do or can a Stardock employee reccommend a course of action? thanks in advance

You've got a few options I believe:

1.  Run Impulse.  Click the blue circle with a question mark in the top right.  Select 'Look up serial number...' to have your serial e-mailed to you.

2.  Go to https://www.stardock.com/support/ and follow the directions there to retrieve your serial.

3.  Contact [email protected] and follow their instructions.

Hope this resolves your issue.

If Impulse doesn't recognize your registrations, you must not have logged in with the correct account :)
