Serial?

My GalCivII box has 2 discs, a manual and a flyer for Stardock's TotalGaming.net.  I would like to patch to the latest version, but this (absolutely ridiculous) impulse client download system is requiring a serial number registration, which I don't seem to be able to find.  Am I missing the obvious?  It doesn't seem to be printed on/in the manual or CD sleeve.

Give [email protected] an email about this.  They should be back to work tomorow and thus someone may pop their head into this post then as well.

Thanks, shot them an email.  Been reading up on the patches and pretty stoked.  After about an hour of trying to figure out the Social projects spending black hole, I was ready to toss the game out.  Looks like they fixed that and tons of other stuff.
