DesktopX clock widgets don't stay put

I've been having this issue for a while, and have finally decided to ask the question, having exhausted anything I can think of as to why this is happening.

Every clock widget that I load on my desktop moves around on its own while I have any other application open (for instance, web browser).  When I click it with my cursor to drag it back to the place I had put it, it behaves as if it were in the place I put it in the first place, which means dragging it moves it some place off screen and then they get lost.  I've tried clearing the widget cashe, which does not fix the issue.  Weather widgets do not behave the same way...they behave themselves and stay put.

Any ideas on what I should do to remedy the problem?  (I'm using Windows XP SP3, if that helps).

The loader remembers where they were placed last on the your desktop, and yeah, they can fly off the screen and vanish at times, but for me, that was only in builder mode:thumbsup:
