DeskScapes don't Pause, lack of positioning options

Good day,

Search on this forum does,t work, no info is available on my issues either on Knowledge Base or Troubleshooting, so I make a post. I have an Asus W2W notebook, with a Russian Vista Home premium preinstalled and here are my problems:

1. DeskScapes doesn't pause animation when I go to the battery mode, (though I receive a notification that it's paused)

2. I don't have a Pause Background option on a right click (I saw it once, but it's not there any more)

3. After installing Descscapes regular static background positioning options "Fit to screen keeping ratio" and "Fit with crop" disappeared for some reason. For animated wallpapers it's there however. I've uninstalled DeskScapes, but these options didn't come back.

I am really surprised having so many bugs, and really looking for you help. Please advise.

Well, to start off, get rid of the Russian Vista and install an American or UK version (this isn't discriminate) because applications with different identies might not work together.

If all else fails, get XP not Vista.

There is no need to switch to American or UK versions of Vista (or XP).

There should be a pause option when you are playing a dynamic dream or video dream.

I have a feeling Windows Vista Home Premium does not have those two aspect ratio options for static wallpapers.

The_Undying, are you kidding me? I have to switch/reinstall my system to make DeskScapes work? Should I change my notebook also? It might help, I guess...

Neil Banfield, thank you, I have found a pattern - in AC mode, I have this option available, in a battery mode - I don't. Unfortunately, auto-pause still doesn't work.

And yes, Home Premium has (had) named ration option available by default.

My methods may be radical and quite fascist, but so is my political perspective!! Hahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

The truth is that my methods are difficult to understand but they're just very formed.
