weather docklet problem from beijing,china

The problem is about Objectdock weather docklet

After my installation of objectdock and add a weather docklet,on the location setting I fill it with "Beijing,China"  then update  the docklet . It works well ,5 fly-outs also work well. But there is only one problem that the date is incorrect  ,

if today is Sunday, the weather fan will say:

Today, Tomorrow, Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday

so I search it from Google ,there are same question from others.

Fianlly I found the post"ObjectDock Weather Docklet Incorrect Days"from Kend0.
I follow his advice download the stardockweather.ocx file (http://sd.stardock.com/ken/stardockweather.ocx)
and replaced the old ocx file(C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock\stardockweather.ocx)

then restart the Objectdock and add a new weather docklet(old one deleted),fill the location "Beijing,China",

but the docklet say:Location not found.

Could anyone help me to solve the problem?
