Help my account.

Ok so i was about to start playing online in SOASE. I entered my username and password and it says account name not found. I think i forgot my username. Is there a way to recover it? If there is i cant find it anywhere.

if i remember correctly from when i got this game the account u have on the website isnt what u use for ICO and u have to make an account on the ICO login screen.

Illusion is correct, you'll have to make a new account for ICO. If you had it made before but just forgot your login, you'll have to email [email protected]

But for that matter, what game version are you running? I'm not an online player, but I thought they added an info recovery button somewhere around the ICO login screen.

they did, it's most likely just the need for a new account at ico that was the problem
