That GPU may work to be sure I would downaload the SINS demo if it runs then the card should run the full version. However if it does work dont exspect the game to run well on anything other then all very low.

Actually the demo might perform worse than the game.  They made a few changes so effects and such use the second core (if available) which weren't around in the demo.

But I can tell you right now it will work fine.  I run sins on a crappy little Dell laptop with a intel video card with no on card memory, and it runs just fine once you turn a few things off.

I play on a laptop with an Intel 950 gpu, so I think you'll do alright.
