[bug] Unable to click on buttons when pop-up appears during ability

I am not sure if this counts as 'hangs' or as 'interface' because its an interface issue that causes it to hang.

The bug happened when a desync message appeared while I (as rook) was placing a tower of light.  The result is that my cursor was fixed as the placing-tower cursor and I could not actually move it to click 'ok' and it would not let me close the desync window via pressing enter or something similar (another thing  that should be fixed.)

A side note to this:

A similar bug/annoyance occurs when attempting to purchase a demigod ability when that ability's icon is hovering overtop the citadel or a shop.  The results are not as hindering as those described by landisaurus, but could be troublesome in competitive play.
