Forgot my Irconclad login name

How do i get it back? I tried messaging support and it took them 3 days and they basically sent me back my own information i sent them to prove the account was mine. <_< Least to say this made me pretty unhappy since obviously they did not even read my support ticket. I looked everywhere for a "forgot account name" button so it could be e-mailed to me, you know that button every other game in the universe has but this one for some reason seems not to. It also doesn't let me make a new  account because my serial is registered to the login name i forgot. The e-mail is still the same, and i can probably guess the password but i dont remember what the login name is for the life of me, its been ages since ive tried multiplayer because i could never find anyone to play with. Now friends are getting this game and want to play with me and i cant because i cant log in. 

 

Any help?

Nothing? No one? I am now getting no response to my tickets when i send them in. I've sent 2 and have yet to actually have them resolved.

Did you contact IC support or Stardock support? As this one would need to go to [email protected] you were not specfic about it in the email and contacted our guys, they probably thought you meant your forums/impulse account.
