[Suggestion] star base frigate construction

not sure if anyone has already mentioned this idea, nothing came up with a search so if this has already been said disregard it.  I find it a little bit annoying to construct frigates with the starbase.  For example i have a star base over a world that i occupy but in order to construct from the base i must select the starbase. only a minor issue but if u have a couple frigate factories over the planet and want them to build along with ur starbase it is a little bit annoying to have to select the star base indevidualy.   Perhaps make the starbases factory linked with the planetary build queves.  Just a thought.
