[Old issue still present] Delay between capital colonizing and applying bonus

What better time to bring it up than a major beta test :) One of the annoying things about colonizing with capitals is that even though the colony is created instantly, the bonus from the ability is not applied to the planet until later. For example the Advent's cost reduction doesn't kick in right away, you have to wait a bit for the bonus to apply.

I previously figured out that this was due to the travel time setting of the colony pods, and I'm assuming it still is the case. It's almost like it waits for the pods to finish their travel before it applies the bonus. Before if I changed this setting the bonus did apply sooner.

Yeah that should be fixed and it seems like an easy fix. I have indeed lost some resources on this a couple of times.

I noticed this a while back when playing Advent - slightly annoying. It prevented queuing up everythign and forgetting about the planet as you moved on - you had to monitor the planet for a few more second. Plus you had a choice - start first building without bonus, or wait (with -ve income) until it kicks in...
