Mouse glitching in Sins

I'm running Sins on a Vista Home computer connected to a Vizio HDTV. Some programs don't react well to that arrangement. Sins was okay up until I switched it to windowed mode from full screen. Now, no matter what I do, when the game is the active application the mouse cursor shoots to the top left corner of the screen. There are other games that have done the same thing and I still haven't found a fix for them. But at least the mouse in Sins was working properly when the game was full screen. So my question is, is there any way to return to full screen without clicking through the options selection? I've tried finding a configuration file, but haven't had any luck.

Thanks for any help.

I think you can go into properties for the executable to specify how the game will open. Not sure though, since I've never played within windows - I hate windows  ;-)

Speaking of which, does anyone know what I can do to zoom in/out if I don't have a scrolling ring on my mouse (using VISTA laptop)?
