Sins Registration isn't accepting my Serial #. Any Tips?

I tried to get the latest update, it wasn't working. I tried registering and it doesn't accept the serial number. I tried several times and even reinstalled it.

I tried entering zeroes and letter o's. I tried caps and no caps. Nothing works.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok. Thanks for the info. Is there any difference between a zero and a letter O?

Serials contain only A-F and 0-9, and include any dashes. If you're still unable to register, please contact [email protected] and they can look into the issue.

I bought mine from best buy too. Im gonna try one more time before emailing the support address.
