Why am I breaking the interface

Okay quick question... I am simply adding a capital ship into a player file and running into a WEIRD game breaker.

 

I am simply adding an existing capital ship with adjusted stats for an early test.  When I add the ship I change the count and add it in under the other ships listed on the file.  When I load the game the interface is broken things are miss sized and out of view, the class has no money or Player Icon?!?  What am I missing that is causing this?
