Quite simple:  I start off with 2 words.  The next person keeps one of the words and replaces the dropped word with another.

Examples:  Run fast

                 Fast cars

                 Cars rock

My word to start:  Christmas holiday

Ughhh, it happened again.  RickJP's reply @11278 was the last entry when I began typing, yet IROKONESS has gotten in between us again.  Now if there's a 20 minute gap between our replies, surely hers should have been the last entry I saw when responding, but it wasn't.
