Fighters scrambled from the alien capital ship count towards the 'strikesquad lost' value at the end of the game, but they do not count toward the 'strikesquad made' value. This typically results in a negative strike squad value at the end of the game.

Fixed. This was a problem with a variety of abilities and they are alll fixed.
