I haven't played Sins online for... quite a while. Problem is that all those patches reset all my options and, with the options, the username.

Now, I've tried all my normal usernames that I usually use for games, and variations on them, and all I get is "User name not found." Of course, I can't reregister my account since the CDKey in my Stardock account has already been used. Is there any way to recover my Ironclad Online username? I can't seem to find any way either here on Stardock or on Ironclad's website.
