So my copy of the game, along with my computer, was stolen a few weeks ago. I have a new computer now, and since I registered the game, is there any way to download it again from stardock?

Second, yes you sure can. Download Impulse from http://www.impulsedriven.com and log in with your Stardock account (same as your forum account, assuming that's the e-mail you registered it to). Sins will show up in "My Games" and you'll be able to download the latest build 
Yup change every password for every site if you can but at least tackle the banking and work/school stuff
