Oh, turns out Arafat was pocketing some of the aid that was given to Palestine, in fact 3 Billion worth.

How can the Palestinian people get anywhere in life when their leaders keep the money from them and increase their suffering by attacking the Israelis which in turn attacks the people, ah damn circle of violence and discord.

I like how Bush has come out voicing his concern to have both a Palestine nation and Israel nation in coexistence, though if can carry through with the plan will depend on Congress and the two major parties involved Palestine and Israel.
