Stay away from any updates From Impulse
Both the WindowBlinds and ObjectDock updates crashed their respective programs on mymachine
I had to reinstall both.
I thought I was the only one having that problem 
I've never had any issues with any of the sim city games, and I've played them all... (still SC2000 Dos version running under dos box)
and I think the program gets treated fine... it works great for me and what I need it for.... no issues here other than the tabs on top thing....
