I know i've been away for a while but SDC wont recognise my wincustomize serial number and asks if I want to renew, I'm registered till June 2009, Please can anyone help. Thanks in advance
Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.

I had the same problem and was given this info which worked first time for me....give it a try....
From within Impulse:
http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe
-Click the blue Stardock Logo in the upper left
-Choose 'Preferences...'
-Click on the 'Folders' section on the left
-Click the 'Reset Data' button
-Close impulse and relaunch it. You may notice a long update time, which is normal as it is rebuilding the deleted info.

For SDC and the Wincustomize browser you can download through SDC try clearing your browser cookies to clear the issue. Then relog into Wincustomize.com through either means and see if you still have the same troubles.
