IE7 Not Changing Properly

Hey Guys, Hope someone can help me.  I downloaded WB about a week ago and bought a skin called Wrath.  Everything works great except IE7.  It just doesn't look anything like the way it looks in the WB and Skinstudio previews.  The tabs will not change colors no matter what I change.  They are stuck on the normal blue color.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled ie7 but still same problem.  Any ideas on what to try?  Thanks

Copy and paste your system info from the windowblinds configuration window here.

 

Also (silly question?) have you tried a reboot?

Are you using XP?  Because I was under the impression that IE7 tabs are not skinnable in XP.

you can skin most of it

or upgrade to Vista to skin the tabs
