Im sure I have the right information yet it is refusing to allow me to play Ironclad Online! Does anyone know if I can ask them to re send my password or something or an email.
First off, if you're just starting out, bear in mind that ICO is separate from your forums/Impulse account. If you mean though that you previously created an ICO account and just can't get into it, contact [email protected] with your cd-key and any info you do remember, and they can recover it.
