[Freeze] Minimizing while at the multiplayer staging screen

Whether doing skirmish or multiplayer, my game freezes up when I minimize while at the staging screen where you select the map, players join,r ready up thing.

 When I try to go back to the game it comes up as just a flat grey, nothing but grey.  I can't minimize or alt+ctrl+dlt or anything.

 I didn't have this problem with the old one.

Similar thing happened to me. I alt-tabbed because I recieved an IM. However, I was able to keep alt-tabbing and ctr-alt-delete. I even found that there were 2 windows that were complete grey. One of them was Demigod. The other was titled Fatal Error. I was able to quit the demigod process in the Task Manager and both windows closed and then I restarted the game.
