WB6 not skinning logoff, shutdown screens

Hi y'all,

 

I've looked and I can't see a similar post.  I've got XP SP3 and Windows Blinds 6.3 build 67 x86.  I'm using my favourite skin, DogmaX. As someone said

"How can anyone possibly use this skin? It's much too elegant. The color scheme is way too easy on the eyes, especially for us middle-agers. The styling is too sophisticated. The overall design of the skin is perfect, so it's impossible to find abnormalities. It's too pleasant to use, therefore how can i be eniticed to switch to another blind?"

 

Anyway, I had to rebuild my PC.  Before I rebuilt the skin was fine and everything was skinned correctly.  Now, the logoff, shutdown screens don't skin.  Any ideas?

I didn't know wb skinned logon/shutdown screens. I thought you needed to have logonxp to change those. Is it possible you had logonxp on your last setup, with a dogmaX logon screen to match the blind?
