Bug report on Vista x64

Problem on the start menu

I don't know where exactly i should send a bug so im doing it here in the hope that someone will point it out for me (i mean the sending part).

of so many "VISTA" skins that i tryed all of them and i say ALL are having problem with the start menu. Maybe because my os is in italian?

Just look the screenshot and u will notice the menu is too short to keep all the graphic inside it.
