Laptop Battery Life/Turn Off Comp Icon Question

I've been wondering, i have the battery life icon on my regular windows taskbar, but i don't know how to add it as an icon on my objectdock.

Also, is there anyway to turn the "Turn Off/Standby/Restart" shortcut to my objectbar? those are the two i really want and have no idea how to utilize into it

can anybody help me with this?
