Problems with CD online registration code.

I got the game several months ago, but I just recently aquired internet service,  Now, every time i enter the registration code, I get a message that says the reg code is invalid.

 

I baught the game new in the plastic from game spot, and no one else but me has seen or touched it sence.

 

I Have tried several variations of the code.  all caps, all lower case, with dashes and without. still no dice.

 

BTW, I My other games have been telling me the codes I have for them are invalid as well. ( Silent hunter WOTP, Company of heroes,  and now this game to)

 

Could it be some sort of Internet settings / security issue?

Are you entering the serial with the dashes?

If that doesn't work, e-mail [email protected] and they will get you straightened out.

I'm getting this problem too. I can't seem to get it to work. I think i'm getting the O's and 0's mixed up because they all look the same. Is there any way to tell wich is O and wich is 0?

well cmon. look at an 0 and look at an O. Surely not impossible to differentiate.

The serial contains only A-F and numbers. There are no O, L, I, etc.
