minimize animation in xp

Is there a way to make the minimize-animation of windows somehow nicer? I use OB(free) with the taskbar hidden, so when i minimize windows they fly down to a hidden space on the bottom of the screen.
The guys from Rocketdock did it, but there are other features i nedd from OB...
Im using XP SP3, my PC is too slow for Vista.
