Object Desktop is found with in Impulse.

Run Impulse and log in. From there click on MyDesktop. Under that tab you will see all the programs that come with Object Desktop and you can click on them and download/install them from there. Please let us know if you have further questions.

I looked there, all I see is My colors free version, My colors think green desktop free version, object dock free vresion, my colors quest desktop free version. Even when I look at My acount it only show Impulse, Not Object desktop. I cant locate, acess, or use Object desktop!

Sounds like you do not have the same email associated in Impulse as you used to purchase ODNT.

Did you use paypal?

If you did as Zubaz suggests then you will need to contact us at [email protected]. Send us both the PayPal address and the normal account one and we can merge the records for you. This isn't uncommon and we can take care of it right away for you.

Yes I used paypal. And thease are two different email adresses. I have a two accounts with you, stardock couldn't find my original acount, but when I tried to set one up with the same email it told me it already had an acount. And then couldn't find it again. So I used an alternent email to set up my second.

Hi primalstumpy,

So your post.  Check your email including spam folder for an auto-response from Stardock.  It will acknowledge receiving your email and assign a trouble ticket number.

Do not send in any other emails to Stardock until you get a written reply from a support person.  Sending in an additional email only drops you to the end of the line again.

So, if you've gotten your auto response and have a ticket number assigned then just wait a little while longer for Stardock support to respond.

If you still have not heard back from us please post the ticket number you should have gotten in the auto reply.
