ok. so i reinstll sins, i enter forum login, i attempt to enter key code, it dosent work, says invalid. i open auto play for sins, update my serial number, then hit update gmae, it logs me in as my origional stardock profile, which i had forgoten, then i enter code again, says my email dosent match up with the email i bought the game with, cept i got the game in a stoer, help me plz
