Iconpackager Hue Color Changing function does not work?

Like the title says, in Iconpackager the Hue changing slider in the Color Changing function does not work. I moves left and right but the color does not change. Has anyone else come accross this? I did a search for "hue iconpackager" and came up with nothing.

Does the luminance need to be somwhere in the middle for the hue to change?

Also, when I change icon packages, half the icons don't even change. They are still the same ones from the privious package.

If a package had X amount of icons, and you switch to a package that only has D amount of icons it will leave the missing icons in the last state they were in with the previous package.

To change this, open IP config window/ settings/ check the "restore all icons before loading a new package", radio box. this will reset all icons back to defaults and allow the package being applied to change the ones it can..

Some sets don't shift much due to design.  Does it not appear to work at all?

I checked the settings and the "restore all icons before loading a new package", radio box was already checked. I unchecked it, applied, and checked it again just to be sure though.

And as for the hue changing feature - it doesn't seem to do much of an actual 'hue' change. it just changes the color of the ilumination - is that all it is supposed to do?

ok in that same section try the repair icon cashe and or the Repair shell icons buttons at the bottom. Im not sure which resets the icons back to defaults, but I believe it was one of them.
