Vista Orb Editing

Can someone edit this orb for me?

I really don't have any program like Photoshop or anything that can edit TGA files. It's actually transparent so when I edit it on some Paint like program, it becomes black instead of transparent. Can someone replace the orb in the TGA file with the one I made for me? There's a TGA file in here *link* plus the orb I made. Sorry if I'm a noob. The orb was made via PowerPoint BTW.
