Reverting to Windows Classic Style

Just renewed my subscription but on any reboot after applying a skin, my PC reverts back to windows classic style. Downloaded WB via impulse today but stardock central says that my subscription has expired?

I have removed all spy and AV related software but still the problem persists. Do I need my counter reset? Any help please!

What does your registration in Impulse show(click the key icon showing in upper right)?  Expired or valid?
