Impulse problem

I just bought the Game Sin of the solar empire online. But after installing Impulse I double clik the Icon. And The Vista shows a window with this message.

-(Impulse was not able to create its temporary directories. Please try again, permiting administrator accse when requested).

I cant even start downloading the game

I dont get it because im the only one using this PC. And I am the administrator.

Can someone help me plz?

Try running Impulse as admin by right clicking on the setup exe and choosing "Run as admin"
