Failure during purchase

Hello,

I tried yesterday twice  to purchase the game "Depths of Peril" via the Stardock Central software. The problem is that while the tokens have been deducted from my account each time the software installation failed and the game is not recognized as one of "my" games.

After the purchase an error occured both times with the message, that an invalid email address has been entered in the "Depths of Peril" registration. If the ok button in the message box is pressed a web page for purchase of a DoP registration is opened. In this web page the following error message is displayed: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

In the Stardock software a message was displayed that the purchase was succesfull but an error occured while generating the receipt.

So did anyone have similar problems?

Sorry for your troubles.  I will pass this along to sales/support, although they might not see it until tomorrow morning.
